Casamia building materials liquidation: Can’t sell casamia buildings material
Casamia construction material, which was used to build the Casamia hotel, will be auctioned to help with the transition to liquidation of the company.
The sale includes Casamia buildings materials liquidator and Casamia liquidation.
“This is a historic day for Casamia and the Casalamans who built this iconic building and its world-class brand,” said Brian Farrar, chief executive of Casamia.
“I’m extremely proud of the many outstanding employees and customers who have worked tirelessly to make Casamia a success and I am confident that this event will make a positive difference to the people who built the world-renowned Casamia Hotel.”
In addition to the sale, Casamia is making an investment in the company to invest in the next phase of Casamania’s future.
“We are excited to welcome the Casamias to our board, we are committed to helping the Casamarans to continue building Casamia on the foundations of the Casaminas success, which includes the world’s most iconic building,” Farrars statement said.
“It will be a pleasure to welcome Casamia to the Board of Directors and look forward to working with the company and the board to bring Casamia into a new and exciting era.”
Casamia was founded in the early 1990s and has built a reputation for being one of the premier hotels in the world.
Casamia has had its own TV show on Sky, a movie starring Daniel Day-Lewis and is owned by the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).
Casamia also has a number of other properties including the Casa Del Toro in the United Kingdom.
The Casamia property was purchased by the Japanese company JYP Entertainment for $1.8 billion in 2010.
