How to win a $7 million Desert Building Material auction
Building materials auction: How to enter, bid, and win $7.6 million building materials auction, March 22, 2018, at the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) office in Toronto, Ontario.
For the second year running, this year’s auction is open to the public, with a maximum of three bidders per household.
This year’s bidding began on March 19, and the total value of the items sold so far has reached $7,737,500.
The winning bidder will receive $6,945,000, while the remaining three bids will receive the equivalent of $3,000 each.

The Toronto Real Estates Board of Trade will also be selling this year a number of other building materials from around the world.
This includes sand and clay, gravel, gravel and concrete, glass, concrete and glass, asphalt, asphalt and glass.

A list of other items sold in the auction will be posted in the coming weeks.
The TREB says the auction includes: 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, a two-storey hotel, a 2,400 square foot office building, a four-storeys condominium tower, a three-storeies condominium building, and a three floors of offices.
There are also 5,000 sq. ft. of space on the first floor, and 4,500 sq. m. of ground floor retail space on floors two through five.
The total value will be $2.8 million.
The auction is being held at the office of the real estate broker in Toronto.
